Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://tailorie.com website and the tailorie Mobile App mobile application (the “Service”) operated by tailorie Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis.


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material as product recommendations (“Content”). You are responsible for the content you post and grant tailorie an non-exclusive right to use uploaded content.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tailorie.

Tailorie has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tailorie shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your access to and use of the Tailorie service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

7-Day Free Trial and Onboarding Period:

Free Trial Offer: Tailorie offers a 7-day free trial period for new subscribers. This trial period is intended as your setup phase with Tailorie.

Onboarding Requirements: During these 7 days, we expect you to complete the onboarding process, which includes completing your brand profile by providing all necessary brand details and creating two required videos that showcase your brand’s essence and offerings; preparing the initial batch of 25 products, ensuring they are ready for shipment to the matched consumers we select for you; and familiarizing yourself with our platform’s features and processes to maximize the benefits of our service for your brand.

Transition to Paid Subscription: Upon completion of the 7-day trial, unless canceled, your subscription automatically transitions to our paid service at $1 per month. The obligations of the monthly fulfillment (shipping 25 complimentary products to matched consumers) and the terms regarding non-compliance (a $199 fee for failure to meet monthly commitments) will take effect immediately at the start of the paid subscription.

Cancellation During Trial: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any point during the 7-day trial period without any charges. If you choose not to cancel, you are indicating your agreement to move to the paid subscription and adhere to the full terms and conditions of Tailorie’s service.

Acceptance of Terms:

By subscribing to or using our service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you should not subscribe to or use the Service.

Terms of Agreement:

Monthly Fulfillment Obligation: Embark on this exciting journey with Tailorie where your role is both simple and impactful. Each month, you are required to send 25 complimentary products to a select group from our consumer base, your potential brand loyalists. It’s crucial to ensure timely fulfillment and provide tracking information for these orders within the monthly cycle.

Violation Fee: At the heart of Tailorie is our unwavering commitment to our partner brands and our audience. To foster a fair and trustworthy environment, a violation fee of $199 will be imposed if the obligation to fulfill the 25 gifted orders and provide their tracking information to Tailorie is not met within the monthly timeframe. This policy is crucial to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our collaboration.

Billing Information: Your active subscription is maintained with a nominal $1 monthly fee. This fee is a part of our agreement and ensures continued service. Please note, the violation fee applies only in situations where the terms of the agreement are not fulfilled.

Billing and Cancellation Policy:

Monthly Auto-Charge: We’re proactive about your brand’s success, starting our matchmaking efforts from day one of each billing cycle. To facilitate this continuous service, a $1 fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each cycle.

Cancellation Terms: Tailorie values flexibility in business. If you need to cancel your subscription, please do so before the commencement of the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested on or after the first day of a new cycle will take effect the following month, due to our immediate commitment of resources for your brand’s promotion at the start of each cycle.

Next Month’s Commitment: Continuing your subscription beyond the start of a billing cycle signifies your agreement to that month’s services and the associated terms, including the potential for a violation fee if obligations are not met.

Your adherence to these terms is key to a smooth and successful partnership. Tailorie is dedicated to supporting your brand’s growth at every step. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms, setting the stage for a prosperous collaboration.
